Located on a leafy residential road close to the town centre, this impressive Victorian house retains many original features including a superb staircase. We are ideally based for business - Malvern Technology Centre (QinetiQ), Enigma Business Park, Spring Lane, Morgan Motor Company; and the Theatre, Cinema, Splash Leisure Complex and Manor Park for tennis, archery and bowls.

Directions – by road

From the North and from Birmingham International Airport, M5, Junction 7 (Worcester South) and follow signs for Malvern and the Three Counties Showground. Right at the exit roundabout, and left at the next roundabout, initially on the A4440 and then onto the A449 to Malvern (approx. 8 miles). You will enter the town at Malvern Link. Proceed straight on until the fifth set of lights, with the common on your left. Fork left at this (5^th) set of traffic lights into Graham Road (signposted Centre, Shops and Theatre) and we are 400 yards on the left hand side at the junction of Graham Road and Albert Road North.

From the South and West, M4 to Junction 15 at Swindon and follow the A419/417 towards Cirencester, Gloucester and Cheltenham. Follow signs for the M5 Birmingham and Midlands. Leave M5 at Junction 8, M50 for just one mile then exit A38 North towards Malvern. After 3 miles, left on A4104 to Upton-upon-Severn. Immediately after crossing the river at Upton, Turn Right, B4211. After 4 miles take left turn, B4211, which will take you through village of Guarlford and into Malvern at Barnards Green. Proceed straight across major roundabout into Barnards Green Road (still the B4211) and towards Town Centre. After 600 yards (immediately after community hospital and Manor Park Leisure complex) turn right (3^rd turning after roundabout) into Albert Road North and the car park is immediately before the junction with Graham Road. If you miss the turning into Albert Road North, simply turn right at the first traffic light at the Town Centre, this is Graham Road.

By Rail – Good rail links from London Paddington (2½ Hours) and from Birmingham New Street. We are equidistant (half-a-mile) from Malvern Link and Great Malvern Stations. Great Malvern is better for taxis.
